阿杰與父親長時間出海捕魚維生，他感覺岸上香港離他很遠。阿杰女友舉家決定年末遷往加拿大定居。一日阿杰與死黨萬平、K和Andy被不知名人士襲擊，其後發現橋底私竇的塗鴉被一層新油遮蓋。2019年除夕夜，萬平說他跟隨的幫派收了一筆巨款，於零時零分把IFC炸掉，眾人即使懷疑，但也不願錯過。阿杰駕著漁船，載著眾人前往維多利亞港，渴望這場爆炸會成真。
Kit and his father fish for living. Whenever Kit returns to shore, he feels he is in a foreign land. Meanwhile, his girlfriend Maya will settle in Canada by the end of 2019. Kit is caught off guard. One day, Kit and his friends Manping, K and Andy are attacked anonymously. After that, they found the graffiti their nook is erased with a new layer of oil paint.
On 2019 New Year’s Eve, Manping reveals the gang he follows will blow up the IFC right at midnight. Even with doubts in mind, Kit steers the fishing boat which they all get abroad to Victoria Harbour, hoping the explosion comes true.
