Every experience and memory in everyone’s life may remain deep in the heart and become an unresolved knot. The protagonist of the story, Frances, has been using a machine to sneak into the subconscious dream of her clients and help them forget the unfinished businesses in their hearts and bid farewell to the pain. However, in the face of her unresolved knot and the inseparable feelings rooted in her heart, how can she obtain redemption after all?
